Recipe: Energy Bites

At the beginning of the week I make a batch of these Energy Bites!  They keep all week in the fridge and I eat 2 or 3 of them in the morning for breakfast.  They are healthy and delicious.   And the best part is that they are super easy to make and don't need to be baked!  They are also great as a healthy dessert!


1 cup oatmeal (not the instant kind, just regular oatmeal)
1/2 cup peanut butter (I like crunchy peanut butter)
1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Try to use organic products!!!

Mix the above in a bowl, roll into balls and put in a tupperware in the fridge! Delicious!
